These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Terms”) govern your use of the websites, interfaces, applications, and online platforms owned and operated by Renaissance Longevity, LLC (“Renaissance Longevity,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including the Site, as well as the non-clinical services available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

Independent physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other licensed clinicians (“Providers”) deliver medical services to patients exclusively through RSV Medical, P.C., a professional corporation owned by Richard Veyna, M.D. (“RSV Medical” or the “Professional Entity”). RSV Medical is a separate independent medical practice. Renaissance Longevity is not a medical practice, does not employ Providers, and does not furnish medical care.

By clicking “Accept,” creating an account, or accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. NOT FOR EMERGENCIES

Renaissance Longevity provides technology, administrative, and operational support services that help connect patients with the Providers of RSV Medical.

2. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RENAISSANCE LONGEVITY, RSV MEDICAL, AND PROVIDERS

Renaissance Longevity, LLC is a management services organization (MSO). It does not practice medicine, provide clinical care, or form a physician–patient relationship.

RSV Medical, P.C., owned by Richard Veyna, M.D., is solely responsible for all medical decision-making, diagnosis, prescribing, and treatment.

Providers act independently and are not controlled by Renaissance Longevity.

3. PRESCRIPTION POLICY

Providers may prescribe or decline to prescribe medications. Prescriptions may be routed to partner or third-party pharmacies. Packaging and dispensing standards may vary.

4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

You represent that you are located within a U.S. state or Canada where Providers are authorized to practice.

5. PAYMENT TERMS, MEMBERSHIPS & BILLING

You may purchase non-clinical Services from Renaissance Longevity. By submitting payment, you authorize charges, including recurring billing where applicable.

Renaissance Longevity does not accept insurance unless explicitly stated.

6. REFUND POLICY

Medical services provided by RSV Medical are non-refundable. Medications dispensed by pharmacies are non-refundable by law.

7. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT SECURITY

You must be 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.

8. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By using the Site, you consent to receive emails, SMS messages, and electronic notices. Message and data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. No phone or email information will be shared or sold.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Site content is owned by Renaissance Longevity or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any materials.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Site to violate laws, upload harmful content, scrape data, distribute malware, or interfere with system operations.

11. USER CONTENT & INFORMATION

You represent that you have authority to upload any content provided and that it does not infringe on rights or contain harmful material.

12. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The Site may contain errors or omissions. Renaissance Longevity may correct or update content at any time.

13. SITE FUNCTIONALITY

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Site features at any time. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or unauthorized access.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Renaissance Longevity is not responsible for content on linked third-party sites.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Renaissance Longevity, RSV Medical, Providers, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Site.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximum liability of Renaissance Longevity shall not exceed $500. Renaissance Longevity is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

18. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign rights without written consent. Renaissance Longevity may assign its rights at any time.

19. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, outages, or strikes.

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA rules in Detroit, Michigan. You waive class action rights.

If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, disputes shall be handled in Michigan courts.

21. MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision is invalid, the remainder still applies. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use.
